Rick J. Lueders, Jr.

Various executive roles with manufacturers including Hyundai Motor America (increased service contract penetration 20%, totaling $2M+ in additional profits) - as well as Nissan Motor Corporation (led the development & management of multi-million dollar projects to improve retail operations, performance & customer satisfaction. 

Lueders served as Vice President and General Manager of two regions with Hyundai Motor America, where he managed regional advertising and incentive budgets, developed and implemented sales and marketing promotions. Lueders also played a key role in the startup plan of a new Hyundai 5th sales region located in Dallas, Texas. Under his leadership, Hyundai achieved significant revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction ratings immensely.

He has shown a successful career with Nissan Motor Corporation. During his time at Nissan, Lueders served as the National Dealer Support Manager for the Nissan Division and later as the Regional General Manager for the Denver Region. He achieved impressive results during his tenure, including vehicle sales upwards of 80,000 units per year and managed regional advertising and incentive budgets of $90M and $51M, respectively. 

Lueders developed and executed all Nissan regional marketing and sales promotions, and implemented all service and parts programs related to the Infiniti Division launch. His efforts resulted in the achievement of #1 status in J.D. Power's Customer Satisfaction Index.
